How to Order
1. Browse and Choose
We have some options in our website “PRODUCTS”, or
you can search for inspiration on the web or any idea you have in mind. If you don´t know exactly what you’d like we can help you out.
3. Place the Order
We will send the order with the specifications for approval. To start production, we request 50% in advanced. As soon as we confirm your payment, we start production.
4. Build your Order
In our shop we ´ ll build your products one at the time. Each item is hand crafted and made to order. Current production time is 15-21 days.
5. Shipping
Once your order is finished, we send evidence (photos) of your finished items and shipping information. Your delivery will be out as soon as we receive your final payment.
Payment
We have instant payments on the most secure plataforms. For international customers we accept payments through Paypal. We send a Paypal invoice to guarantee a safe and eficient process.
You can also make a direct transfer from your bank account to our BBVA account. The necessary data to make the payment will be provided when you accept the order.
Shipping
We ship internationally (DHL delivers in 220 Countries and Territories).
Orders will be shipped by DHL for national and international shipping and includes insurance.
